EMERGENCY TRAVELING CERTIFICATE<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>[vc_column_text]Requirements<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. Application Form fully completed and signed (Recommender section not required)<\/li>\n
  2. Expired passport<\/li>\n
  3. Two passport size pictures. (Most current picture taken maximum within the last one month<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    (a) Clear Pictures. They should not be blurred nor have a dark hue, all facial features should be clearly outlined.<\/p>\n

    (b)Pictures with full face and both ears showing (c)Pictures taken against a white background<\/p>\n

    (d)Weaves and hair should not cover the forehead or the rest of the face<\/p>\n

    (e)Decent pictures-ladies should not be wearing strapy or strapless tops.<\/p>\n

    (f)Pictures should be without shadows in the background. (g)Pictures in which the applicant is not smiling or laughing<\/p>\n

    (h)Pictures should be taken without spectacles.<\/p>\n

    (i)The size of the pictures should be 2 inches by 2 inches.<\/p>\n

    1. Payment of the required fees<\/li>\n
    2. A copy of your birth certificate both sides.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
